Based on our experience over the past two years, we are pleased to extend our warranty period to 12 months on all products!  See our FAQ for warranties for more information.

And as a "Thank You" to all of our prior customers we're making this warranty policy retroactive!

In addition, we offer a 30 day "worry free" guarantee.  If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, return it to BitBinders within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. 

In all cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
